Guangzhou Zengcheng Foxconn, also known as Guangzhou Foxconn Science and Technology Town, is located in the core area of Guangzhou Zengcheng Innovation Industrial Belt, on the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science and Technology innovation corridor, close to Guangzhou Science and Education City, China-Singapore knowledge City, metro Line 21 through the city, half an hour directly to the central city of Guangzhou, the project planning total land area of 169091.6 square meters. The total construction area is 778,093 square meters, including 509,981 square meters for residential buildings, 9,095 square meters for commercial buildings, 233,000 square meters for underground garages and 4,000 square meters for overhead buildings.
